Rayne Fulton, MSAC, LPC, LCDC, NCC, RYT

Welcome to Lotus Rayne Counseling, where faith, psychology, and holistic wellness come together to support your healing and growth. Whether you’re navigating addiction, trauma, stress, or a season of transition, I offer a safe and supportive space to process emotions, restore balance, and rediscover your purpose. My treatment modalities include CBT, MBCT, ACT, SFBT, MI, DBT, and TSF. Alongside my counseling work, I also serve as a sober coach and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

I understand that life can bring overwhelming challenges, including addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and seasons of uncertainty. These experiences can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves and the life they want to live. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My mission is to empower you to cultivate healthy coping skills, nurture meaningful relationships, and achieve wellness in every area of life. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders, drawing from my extensive experience working with addiction and trauma. I believe in restoration, redemption, and the power of human transformation. You'll find a compassionate, nonjudgmental space that honors your story and supports you as you become the best version of yourself.
